Policy Cup Update
Directly following the conclusion of Nancy Nielsen’s speech, WPBA publicly announced the winners of its first annual policy cup competition. The competition spanned the course of academic year, with competitors submitting updates periodically under contest guidelines. On, April 7th, 2009, after weeks upon weeks of intense research and writing, all16 finalists received public recognition for their accomplishments, and in the case of the top finishers, a nice cash prize and engraved plaque.
Here were the top policy cup finalists:
1st Place – Seung-Kyum Lee & Michael Harhay
2nd Place – Alan Hsu & Thomas Hou
3rd Place – Adam Bloch & Doug Eckhardt
Congratulations to all our finalists and winners. Furthermore, WPBA would like to thank all participants in the competition as well those who came to our events this year. We are always looking to improve for the upcoming year, with your feedback and suggestions in mind. We look forward to seeing you again next year as we tackle globalization!
